Ordering process
How to place an order
At Bombay Engraving we want to keep things easy and simple for you. So the first step is to select the item(s) you wish to buy and then add them to your shopping cart which can easily be edited or removed at a later stage before you make the payment. Upon selection of the item(s), click on Checkout and complete your order by following the steps below:
- Make sure you fill out your billing and shipping information correctly.
- Your order details would be shown on the right along with taxes and shipping cost.
- Submit your Credit/Debit Card information and make sure to save your order confirmation number.
- After verifying all the information during checkout, click on “Place Order”.
We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours on the provided email followed by another email once your order has been shipped.

Currently, we ship anywhere within Canada and USA.
How much is shipping?
Local Pickup: Free
Within BC, Canada: $15 flat rate
Other provinces in Canada: $20 – $25
USA: $30 per order flat rate
Our shipping method & time frame
Logistics and transportation have changed since Covid19. Currently, almost all courier companies are avoiding Guaranteed Delivery time schedules. Here is the standard delivery time:
Within Canada – Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. 4-7 business days to reach at destination.
USA – United States Postal Service. 7-9 business days to reach at destination.
If you have a deadline please email us before ordering online.
International shipping
We would be more than happy to send our product(s) to you even if you don’t live in North America. Please email us your requirement along with your shipping address. We will let you know the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Payment
How can I pay for online purchases?
At present we use Square as our trusted payment processing gateway. You can pay using Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Debit Card.
Do I have to have an account with Square to pay?
You do not have to have account with Square to pay. Just use Guest checkout when you are at the site.

How safe it is to use my credit or debit card online?
We often worry whether our personal and financial information is secure or not. At Bombay Engraving Co. all personal and financial information is highly secured as we utilize the most secure and latest technology for consumer protection. All your financial details while using a Credit/Debit card remain absolutely confidential and private. Square, our trusted payment gateway partner uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your card information. We do not handle or store any of your credit/debit card information on our site.
Returns & cancellations
What is our return policy?
The return process has been simplified for you. We take full responsibility for any damaged or defective item. Just email us at info@bombayengraving.com about the damaged or defective product within 24 hours of receiving it. Remember to include the order number with an attached photograph of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement within 30 days at no extra cost.
What is Bombay Engraving’s privacy policy regarding customers’ personal information?
Bombay Engraving Co. values the information of customers and hence maintains complete confidentiality and privacy of the data that you share with us. We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any third party. We, at Bombay Engraving Co., allow customers to have control over how their personal information is used in our database. How can I return a product?
Any customized product can not be returned unless defective or damaged. We take full responsibility for any damaged or defective item. Please email us at info@bombayengraving.com about the damaged or defective product within 24 hours of receiving it. Do not forget to include the order number and attach a digital photograph of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement within 3 days at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations?
If we are unable to produce your order due to any unforeseen situation, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You payment would be fully refunded in this case.
